1.    Create a network infrastructure design communications document that includes identified hardware components, connections to outside world, identified physical layer connectivity (media) and addressing, including operational and security components in the design.

I connected the call center 1 computer to the network by establishing a DHCP ip address for the server.
I added 2 PC’s to the network and gave them IP addresses through DHCP and removing the restraint from 1 user to 10  
I plugged it in…
Enabled wpa2 on router and made a password. Connected tablet to network with password
I entered the switch command line and created vlan 20 naming it sales and set ports 01-10 to be vlan 20
I opened the browser for sales pc 2 and entered the website domain and it is verified to work
I went into the DHCP settings for the server and made a rule for accounting and established an IP
Went into the switch terminal and setup vlan 30 and enabled it across all vlans on the switch
Enabled the password in the router config and restarted router to take affect
